The painting is used to sway the Priest into falling in love with a woman. She can be found by the river next to the brothel after the priest complains to Pavol that there is one specific woman who wants to be his wife. He doesn't want to leave his life of sin behind so he tasks Pavol with making her uninterested with him. Instead, Pavol retrieves this painting and gives it to the woman so she may romance the priest.

The painting can be unlocked by going to the bridge that is north east of the church. Talk to the man who stands by the cliff and he will gather the planks. Go to the tavern and talk to the man who complained before that his planks were missing. Inform him that they have returned and he will immediately rebuild the bridge. Cross the bridge and there will be a painter who offers this painting for 50 crowns.
